I was using a large firm of estate agents to rent out my property previously. They let me and the tenant down by failing to respond to repairs that needed to be performed. I nervously changed to Belvoir at Hanley based on the on-line reviews and they have been brilliant in comparison. They handled dealt with the tenant relating to the transition from my old agents as well as liaising with the tenant and the builder re the repairs. I was kept in the loop. It's been a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous agents.

I wud recommend belvoir to any 1 who wants to rent or buy a property from they helped me with my move and kept me informed as to wat was going on in my run up to moving in wen evavi needed to call them they wud always get bk to me if they were busy wen i rang .they were there for me if i needed to ask any questions and gave me the best advice .wud like to say thanks to the girls at hanley branch for there support and wud recomend any body wishing to rent or buy go to brlvoir u wont be let down thanks x

Just recently moved into a house with belvior and started having a problem with the radiator leaking. They sent out a contractor the same day I reported it. Lovely people and will do everything they can to help. Very good customer service. Would recommend ten times over �
