My father-in-law had built some properties and was selling one. He had already accepted a £200k offer from people who had seen the property whilst it was being built. Unfortunately, this fell through about 2 weeks before they were due to complete so I asked Ramona if she would come round with the prospect of marketing the house. Unbeknown to me, my father-in-law had already had two other local agents round to view the house but was so impressed by Ramona that he decided to market it with Belvoir. He was happy to get the £200k but I felt we could achieve £215k on the open market. Ramona had sold the house within a matter of days and for the asking price that she felt was achievable of £230k. This was an outstanding figure and far beyond what Ken or I expected. As if this was not enough the real strength of Ramona and the service that she offers is the after-care. Ramona continually kept us updated with the progress of the sale and was always chasing the solicitors from both sides to make sure things were moving forward and did not stall. Without Ramona and her team we would not have achieved such a high sale figure but the sale would certainly not have happened as quickly or with such little stress.
