After purchasing a property from the auction and getting it ready for sale , I was looking around and researching for local estate agents I called a few out and decided to go with Belvoir & Ramona. I was impressed with the no nonsense straight forward approach, to the point valuation no empty promises and no hidden charges. I signed all the documents on the site visit as I had all my documents with me. It took several months for me to get the property ready and Ramona was very patient with my delays. Ramona was very helpful from listing the property onwards, we had several offers within days of advertising the property. As im am an investor based in manchester there were a few issues that needed sorting and Ramona went out of her way to open up for the gas board to get these issues resolved even though I was selling the property through her agency rather than renting it. She went above and beyond and got the property sold! We had a couple of buyers who were keen to get the property and I ended up getting more than I expected! She did her job and got me the best possible result, not to mention all the fantastic efforts of her staff especially Tilly who was very helpful and only one phone call away whenever needed. I needed the key one morning and she waited for me during her lunch hour to give me the key as I was running behind schedule. Overall I came to this agency based on their reviews, then ramona and her approach and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to use the solicitor recommended by belvoir and it was the best decision I made! Fastest completion i've experienced. To summarise a fantastic expeirence, very professional , a real gem of a branch in this franchise and all my properties will be managed and sold through this agent in the stoke on trent.
