Amazing staff at Belvoir , Hanley, Stoke On Trent

From meeting Romona who valued our house, Dili who took the photos, Cheryl who showed people around our house which we were selling. Cheryl showed us around the property we wanted to buy. Next stage we met Amie who went above and beyond her duties, dedicated to her job , she was professional , and helping us with so much as we are not computer minded, we were always popping in Belvoir and asking Amie for her help, even when she was really busy, Amie took the time and always sorted out our queries and we came out of their office reassured. We will say that the help Amie gave us was more than our conveyancer solicitor did. Belvoir is very well organised , very friendly, treat you with respect . If it was not for Belvoir we are sure the out come would have been completely different, thank you to every one including receptionists who knew who we were as soon as we walked in the door. Absolutely all amazing staff. If you are looking for an estate agents look no further, you will sell and buy the properties you have in mind.

When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

we used Belvoir to help us sell our house and they made the whole process an absolute breeze!! From our first meeting with Cheryl who came to value our property we were given clear information on everything, felt valued and assured that they would sell our property!! After being on the market for 2 weeks an offer was accepted which we were delighted with!! Fantastic level of service by the whole team at the Hanley branch from the start of looking at putting our house on the market to the next stage and so forth was the best service. The way our house was photographed and market was nothing short of fantastic and within 3 weeks of being on the market we’d had 2 viewings 2 offers and accepted one.
