When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

we used Belvoir to help us sell our house and they made the whole process an absolute breeze!! From our first meeting with Cheryl who came to value our property we were given clear information on everything, felt valued and assured that they would sell our property!! After being on the market for 2 weeks an offer was accepted which we were delighted with!! Fantastic level of service by the whole team at the Hanley branch from the start of looking at putting our house on the market to the next stage and so forth was the best service. The way our house was photographed and market was nothing short of fantastic and within 3 weeks of being on the market we’d had 2 viewings 2 offers and accepted one. Fantastic estate agency one of the best i have dealt with. Saw a lovely lady call Cheryl on a viewing and spoke to her a few times on the phone. OMG she really goes out her way to accommodate you. She booked in 2 viewings on short notice and was very professional and knowledgeable. I must admit I have dealt with this company before on a enquire and I spoke to Amy she was very good too. You always remember good service. I really feel this agency is so different. They definitely stand out to me. They really do look after you and make u feel special.
