I have used Belvoir lettings for 10 years and I can not recommend them enough, throughout this whole period they have always informed me of any issues with the property and have allocated tradesmen to carry out work when required, I have never received rent late and they have always sourced good tenants, they do their due diligence and work prior to an agreement and work well with the TDS to protect you property if tenants do not keep your property in good condition.
