If every house move had a Carol, the process would be so much easier. Our purchase tested everyone involved! There were tears, frustrations, tense moments and times when it felt like the whole purchase might collapse. Through all of it, Carol was the calm in the storm. She listened, reassured, explained, mediated, and kept things moving. She showed genuine compassion and understanding, always making us feel heard and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence when we were close to walking away. We honestly don’t think this move would have happened without her persistence, patience, and care. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done and can’t thank her enough. Carol, if you get to read this I’d like you to know you are a superstar!!

Reply from Intercounty - Stanstead: Thank you so much Sam for taking the time to comment and for the kind words. It was my absolute pleasure to deal with this purchase for yourself and Daniel. There is no doubt that it wasn’t challenging at times, but we got there and soon you will be moved into your beautiful new home. Don’t forget that I’m still here to help if you need me at all.
All the very best for now and the future
