I dealt with Chris and Hannah throughout the process who were excellent. Chris gave me good advice initially about setting a realistic price as I needed to sell relatively quickly. Hannah masterminded all the viewings and the to and fro with my buyers and their solicitor. She was really "on it" -- chasing and making sure that the pace was kept up. I thought she was very good indeed. I would have no hesitation recommending Fraser & Wheeler, and I am glad that I chose them to sell my mother's house.

We decided on Fraser Wheeler after looking at reviews and meeting Chris for a professional valuation. The house sold very quickly but the actual sale process was very drawn out because of some survey issues and then legal issues. I had an inexperienced buyer who wasn't always easy to contact however Fraser and Wheeler ensured they chased consistently and updated at every step of the way. Even when I felt as if I was being a burden, they always kept me assured and made me feel that I was their priority.
