I dealt with both Chris (Director) and Karen (Negotiator) who were both fantastic throughout the entire process. I had an inexperienced buyer who wasn't always easy to contact however Fraser and Wheeler ensured they chased consistently and updated at every step of the way. Even when I felt as if I was being a burden, they always kept me assured and made me feel that I was their priority.
