Recently moved into a property managed by InHouse and Jon was very helpful responding to our questions and passing them on to the landlord when necessary. When we initially moved in, we found the previous tenant had failed to clean the property thoroughly but Jon ensured we were compensated for that. Great service

Inhouse helped me get my first flat and on the housing ladder. Almost a month in and I'm already very settled in my new home. Diane was very helpful on my viewing and offered me sound advice as I've never done this before. When the offer was accepted I was put in the very helpful hands of Annie, who helped push along the solicitors/ conveyancing process. The only thing that let it down was that The sale took longer than perhaps should have been, but no fault in InHouse and I am very grateful to have managed to get a place. Absolutely great estate agents especially Annie who pushed our sale along. You're not meant to have favourites but Annie was our favourite. If you need to buy or sell a house I would contact them, and even if you don't need to buy a house I would pop in anyway because maybe you meant to buy a house but forgot to put it on your shopping list and are going to feel pretty silly when you get home. They even gave us a bottle of Prosecco when we picked up the keys which was a really nice extra touch that was much appreciated. 100% recommended if you're wanting to flog or be flogged a house.

I use Inhouse to rent my property and the service is excellent, most of that is down to Jon Pepper who has the best customer service I've ever come across. The other staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help and Kat has been really helpful of late too. Communication for me is so important as a customer and Inhouse make sure you are kept in the loop with everything and always contact you back when they say they will.
