She is very calm, composed and super communicative in dealing with both sellers and our side throughout the process and to completion. She is a "Star" and an asset for any estate agents. As many of you know, looking for a new flat in the UK is nothing short of miserable. Add pet friendly to that and it really becomes a disaster. I had reached out to countless agencies in the St. Albans area and while polite, no one could be bothered to help me. Sure, they all registered me and my search criteria and then I never heard from anyone again. That was until I called Ashton’s and spoke with Phillip Papadimitri. What a difference! He was professional, pleasant and above all else, he actually cared to help me find suitable pet- friendly housing. He got me into a viewing the very next day and by the end of the week, the contract had been negotiated. Phillip was great at keeping in touch, to let me know what was happening every step of the way. I had to be moved into my new home in 2 weeks time and Phillip made that happen! Honestly, I don’t think I’ve experienced such great customer service since I moved to the UK. Phillip was really a pleasure to work with and he even called me on my move in day to make sure everything had gone smoothly.
