As many of you know, looking for a new flat in the UK is nothing short of miserable. Add pet friendly to that and it really becomes a disaster. I had reached out to countless agencies in the St. Albans area and while polite, no one could be bothered to help me. James and Alex in particular were a pleasure to deal with from valuation through to completion. They often went above and beyond, were very fast to respond to queries and it really felt like they were invested in our house move, which I can’t say for a lot of estate agents! Ashton's lettings was a great help in finding my first home in the United Kingdom. I contacted lots of other letting agencies but none of them were helpful, I'd say some even unprofessional in their approach.
