I purchased a property via Ashtons recently, and the whole experiences are excellent. Ashtons has professional service and fantastic teams, which make the purchase smooth. Each time, the communication with Alix or other members is quick and reliable. Rebecca followed and chased my case with both solicitors very frequently, and she kept me well informed. I am pleased to recommend Ashton's lettings. Jamie and his team offered excellent, professional advice on the letting process and on the improvements to the house in St Alban's that would not only enable the best rental price but would also suit a long term let. The marketing material was high quality and a let was agreed within two weeks of advertising. Over the first 3 month's we have also been impressed with the efficiency of the Ashton's letting management team.
