We would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Robert Ash, the Associate Director, for reaching out on our house anniversary and connecting us with professionals for our new home. A special thanks to Mr. James Plumb, the Sales Coordinator, for his exceptional support. Despite the challenges posed by our lawyer—such as an unresponsive locum during her unexpected 6-week holiday and requests for additional documents like notary-certified translations of bank statements—Mr. Plumb’s dedication ensured that we were able to complete the purchase of our first property in the UK within four months (Offer accepted: end May 2023; Transaction completed: mid October 2023). We are incredibly thankful for his assistance in helping us secure our new home.
