From start to finish their expertise and professional yet friendly manner gave us the reassurance we needed as first home buyers throughout the process. They really standout as real estate agents for me because they were honest, approachable (not afraid to ask silly questions), not 'pushy' and really felt they were trying to develop a relationship with us to make the process as easy and stress free as possible. Particular mention to Louise Walker and Sam for their efforts in easing our stress. Would highly recommend if you are looking to sell/buy in the St Albans area. Ashtons were brilliant in helping us buy our new home, they kept us informed regularly on progress and were really quick to chase up any delays and issues. They were much more proactive than our estate agents (for the property we were selling) and I would definitely use them if we came to sell in the future.
