Ashtons St Albans

I've really appreciated the service at Ashton's, they are calm, structured and friendly and were able to sell our house incredibly quickly to flexible buyers that gave us time to find a new home. We originally had our house for sale with Frosts and found their process super chaotic, full of errors and really stressful. After moving over to Ashton's, I felt we had really made the right choice despite the upheaval of having to change agent. A big bonus of Ashton's is that you deal with specific people, so Alix dealt with our valuation and Rob B with our sale. Both of them also shared notes, so i would never have to repeat myself (a big change Vs Frosts!) Big thanks to both for all your hard work. Selling a home is a big deal, so going with the agent that has the right TIME and EXPERIENCE to focus on your property is really important and something I originally underestimated when choosing an agent.

Selling our late father’s house was never going to be straightforward but Alix Lucas was a guiding force from the beginning. Her calm approach and obvious connection with the beauty and potential of the property gave me a sense of security that the much loved family home was in the right hands. Rob B who has been my main point of contact during the sales process has provided sensible advice, contacted me regularly about updates and polite throughout. He even came round to gather my id info when the app wasnt capturing what they needed. Alix who did the valuation was realistic from the start & very trustworthy as my first contact with the agency. Ashtons are a professional Estate Agent who always deliver a quality service. I have sold through Ashtons twice and would not wish to use any other St Albans estate agent. The valuation was undertaken by Alix Lucas, she was friendly, professional, well prepared and gave relevant comparisons to ensure the valuation was realistic. Alix is backed up by a team who are equally professional and are always up to date on my sale and onward purchase. Viewings are undertaken by well presented individuals who are knowledgeable about both the house and local facilities. Jayne Willis is very experienced in this field, always arriving early to turn on lights to ensure viewing go well.
