Ashtons have been professional, supportive and dedicated with me, while I sold my flat recently. Their valuation was realistic and based upon data and market knowledge. They were not overly pushy, when I was considering listing with them, or when I decided to remove the property for a period and re-list later (as some companies can be), which I appreciated. They also sent me a wonderful bouquet of flowers when my daughter was born, while my flat was listed with them. This was a touch of class and very much showcased their personal touch and their appreciation of my (then) current circumstances.
