Ashtons are a professional Estate Agent who always deliver a quality service. I have sold through Ashtons twice and would not wish to use any other St Albans estate agent. The valuation was undertaken by Alix Lucas, she was friendly, professional, well prepared and gave relevant comparisons to ensure the valuation was realistic. Alix is backed up by a team who are equally professional and are always up to date on my sale and onward purchase. Viewings are undertaken by well presented individuals who are knowledgeable about both the house and local facilities. Jayne Willis is very experienced in this field, always arriving early to turn on lights to ensure viewing go well. Ashtons offer a great all round service and are a company that I would be happy to recommend. Sue
