Fleas in the house! Not recommended at all... they besically lied about just to rent the property...

Fleas in the house !!! Be aware of their fake reviews (also they deleting the bad ones) and see the real ones please! They rented a flat full of fleas !!!!

Worse agency ever. I have tried calling them every day as I had interest of buying a property and wanted to ask some questions. But they were never able to answer anything about the property as receptionist always answered the phone and his only answer was that agent will call me back to answer all my questions. Today is third day and still no one called me back, knowing I contacted them every day to inform that I am still waiting to return my phone call. So if you selling your property through Martin&Co and still have not sold it that’s because they have no interest of contacting buyers.

had a terrible experience with this estate agent. I contacted about a flat advertised and was rudely told it is gone and I should come in and look at their other listings. The other flats I looked at were more expensive and in bad condition. Clearly sharp practice being used here. Not recommended for tenants or landlords. This people are very greedy for money and look after their own benefit. Having been involved in the property business in the area for more than 25 years, I've checked out many of the letting agents at some point or another, and these guys genuinely stand out as by far the worst, poor communication, focused primarily on their own profits whilst the property is allowed to decay. Whilst out of the country they advised good renovation works were being carried out by the contractor they supplied, but these did not tie up with independent photos I had sent of the mess that was being secretly made. Most work had to be redone by another contractor when theirs actually refused to complete the job without being paid an additional 30% of the quotation in advance.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have been with them for nearly 12 years now very bad experience never care for their tenants never fix any issues you report.They only care about the rent money and don’t prioritise the tenants concerns and conditions.Been living in my flat for 12 years no heating has been fixed .The flat has mould especially during this weather.Got 4 kids very hard during this pandemic not easy. They’ve been chasing the electrician for months. The staffs are horrible but my nightmare is Gaynor. Don’t recommend them at all. I’ve given them a 1 star just for Rose. I’ve had very bad experience in the past aswell with a leaking wastage pipe. I could not use the kitchen sink or the washing machine with a new born baby very hard if u ask me. Took them 2 months to sort it out. Had to go to the council to report the issue and they had to deal with them.
