Absolutely appalling agents. I have left countless messages to book a viewing and never get a call back. If you want to sell your property, do not use them. Never seen anything like it. If I could give a 0 I would.

It took three days to arrange a viewing on a property due to not receiving call backs and when one was finally confirmed, the company failed to give me the full address. I made numerous calls before the viewing only to get through to a customer service agent and be told they would let me know before the appointment - which they never did and I lost out on the property.

Just trying to get details of a property posted on Rightmove but they are totally unresponsive, I don't think they are a real company and Rightmove should investigate and remove them from its sight.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Worse agency ever. I have tried calling them every day as I had interest of buying a property and wanted to ask some questions. But they were never able to answer anything about the property as receptionist always answered the phone and his only answer was that agent will call me back to answer all my questions. Today is third day and still no one called me back, knowing I contacted them every day to inform that I am still waiting to return my phone call. So if you selling your property through Martin&Co and still have not sold it that’s because they have no interest of contacting buyers.

had a terrible experience with this estate agent. I contacted about a flat advertised and was rudely told it is gone and I should come in and look at their other listings. The other flats I looked at were more expensive and in bad condition. Clearly sharp practice being used here. Not recommended for tenants or landlords. This people are very greedy for money and look after their own benefit. These people do a lot of dodgy things. i have also enquired with the tenants from this agency and told that they will never let you take your deposit back.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
