Martin & CO Southend, & its operation/ management are highly professional within their workplace and dealing with tenants. At times they can be under a lot of strain in work loads due to under-Staffing so can be hard to get hold of some team members in times of need. Property Management are friendly and helpful in their ways with Rose leading the team there. Overall service experienced for 2 years being under their property management would have to be 7/10

I'm sure it must be a coincidence that once a 1 star review has been posted, 12 minutes later a 5 star review gets posted. How bizarre?? Everyone has their own experience - this is mine. In 40 years in the property industry, by far the worst company I have dealt with. Either as a Tenant or a Landlord, in my opinion, instructing them is a risk. Do your research thoroughly first. There is no minus option here, otherwise I would have given the same to them because I have been troubled a lot, our safety has been compromised, the lock of the house and many other things which they had promised were not fulfilled, I could not go to work of the lock because the house was open, that financial loss of mine is because of them

A shambles of a company. They take forever to reply to requests. Give you no evidence of what they are accusing you of all seems to be get as much money back off the tenant for the landlord. I never missed a payment was very good tenants repainted 3 rooms and got the house cleaned prior to leaving and still they say it needs an end of tenancy clean. I'm just glad I took photos before I left . I will be complaining to the ombudsman
