I have spent almost 3 weeks trying to book a viewing for a rental property but have been unable to speak to the lettings team. Every time I call it goes through to a central team, who record a callback request without any follow up. I can only imagine how useless Martin & Co would be managing a rental property if they can’t even return a phone call

Worse agency ever. I have tried calling them every day as I had interest of buying a property and wanted to ask some questions. But they were never able to answer anything about the property as receptionist always answered the phone and his only answer was that agent will call me back to answer all my questions. Today is third day and still no one called me back, knowing I contacted them every day to inform that I am still waiting to return my phone call. So if you selling your property through Martin&Co and still have not sold it that’s because they have no interest of contacting buyers.NegativeResponsiveness

I have tried two different times to rent two different properties and on both occasions they responded after days and when I finally got to arrange a viewing they immediately said it was no longer available and already let. I was within the first ones to call and enquire about the properties and after days and days they tell me it's not available anymore. Very poor communication, always had to keep calling the office because the agents didn't respond any text messages, emails or phone calls, and after calling several times to the office (without any response) they say that they are busy, I really don't know for who because they don't take care of their tenants either, not only the enquiries. Must be a pre requisite to work at Martin & Co, ignore the phone and any email enquiries. Been trying to book a viewing for a specific property for a while now but to no success as my tenancy is nearly up with another company. Even prior to moving to my current property, I was still faced with the same problems at Martin & Co, no one answering anything. Shocking how they're still in business if they cant respond to business. Looking at the response from the owner on these reviews too, I'd love to see them say "You never left any details" I've called the central team 5 times in the last 5 days trying to reach the office but to no success.

Absolutely appalling agents. I have left countless messages to book a viewing and never get a call back. If you want to sell your property, do not use them. Never seen anything like it. If I could give a 0 I would.

It took three days to arrange a viewing on a property due to not receiving call backs and when one was finally confirmed, the company failed to give me the full address. I made numerous calls before the viewing only to get through to a customer service agent and be told they would let me know before the appointment - which they never did and I lost out on the property.

The worst agency ever!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
