I would give this company -1000 stars if I could. As someone who has been private renting for over 20 years, this is by far the worst letting agent I have ever had to deal with. If you are a slum landlord I would recommend them however. If you are tenant - well just look at the other reviews here or anywhere of tenant experiences. I don't actually know what the people in the offices do, because they don't know anything and can't do anything...All evidence is conveniently lost, evidence that they should have photos of every time they do an inspection, Even the workmen that come once in a blue moon are instructed to only do a half fix or a bodge job. And they turn up with no notification. Sometimes Im out because I have a life, then I get penalised for not being in when they didn't tell me anyone was coming. And when they do come they come just to look at the job and never come back to carry it out, mostly because they all say they know of my landlady and she does not pay them, why a company would want to keep such a landlady on their books? I have had 2 ceilings fall down during my tenancy, which only by the grace of good have I been around to keep my children out of the way. These issues are reported, reported, reported and nothing is done. EVER, in fact they then start to blame the tenant. I have also been forced to sign digital contracts through good lord which sell my data to 3rd parties, but was told there was no other way to do it, which I think is illegal, and I don't appreciate the spam calls in the following weeks of a tenancy renewal. My email has been blocked from their head office address for man-years as I have tried to complain about numerous things. Unfortunately I am stuck here at the moment under circumstances, I can not wait for the day when I no longer have to deal with them.
