Just didn't come for a viewing without even telling something. Non professional and irresponsible

Only exchanged few emails, unprofessional emails with one of their agents when enquiring about rental property. Made me feel very belittled, almost like single professional woman cannot afford to pay her rent. Very poor!!!! Will definitely avoid!

It was three years ago that my partner and I rented a flat from them. They messed up procedures so much, that we had to go through things again and again, we had to call them many times just to get information, or just chase them for things, we just lost so much time. I do not recommend.

This estate agents is terrible. My partner and I were meant to move into our flat in around a week and the agents have just called us to say the current tenant will be staying so we can't. They're saying they have no record of us signing documents which is a complete lie. These people are con artists and cannot be trusted at all. Booked a property viewing, nobody showed up! We called the office, and were told they had no record of us! We were very interested in the property, so gave all our details again, and were told someone would meet us in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later no sign of anyone still, and all this was 5 minutes round the corner from their Southampton office! We called and let them know we couldn't hang on to meet them anymore today, which was more than they did for us. Very disappointing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
