Having checked the email correspondence, the staff member had asked a few qualifying questions which is as expected when enquiring for a property. Guarantors can sometimes be required dependent on a prospective tenants position, not just for students as you suggested in your email. This is why you were asked if you were able to provide a guarantor if required. If you do still wish to view the property, please do get in contact with us.
