Very bad. Frost Slough are asking for minimum 54000/Anum salary to pass the reference to rent a property. Blaming the reference checking agency and landlords but hiding the fact that they are the one who promises and increases the expectations of landlords to scam and attract. When I insisted to check with landlord they got rude and said if tenants cannot afford to pay rent after property is let then insurance company will pay the rent. When asked low long then they refused to answer and put the phone down.
This company continously leave rubbish outside private property.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. I am deeply disappointed with their lack of transparency and inefficiency throughout the entire application process. Firstly, they fail to inform applicants about any additional documentation required. It's incredibly frustrating to discover later on that there were missing documents or information that I could have easily provided if I had been notified. Their inability to provide updates on the progress of my application is ridiculous. It feels like I'm left in the dark, constantly wondering if my application has been reviewed or if there are any issues that need attention. Once you submit your documents, there is no way to view what you have sent. This lack of access to one's own submission is perplexing and inconvenient. It leaves you feeling helpless and reliant solely on their live chat support. While the agents are polite and very helpful, the entire process becomes inefficient and time-consuming as you constantly have to chase them for updates.
Not professional and not ethical at all. I'm doing a reantal referencing check with this agency, and their bad temper and manner just made me angry. They do not even know what documents can be provided, and what alterbative options there are, which is making the whole process hard to proceed.
No email notifications about updates or requirements during a tenant reference check. Incredibly inefficient and time-consuming. Avoid if possible.
