I have two rental properties

I have two rental properties in West Yorkshire, and Belvoir only manage one of them (due to location). Having a second letting agent to compare their services to really proves to me on a frequent basis how much better the service they provide is! Belvoir staff are so friendly, easily contactable and approachable, their level of communication is exceptional. If there are ever any problems with my tenants, no matter how minor, I am kept thoroughly informed throughout, without the feeling of being harrassed. I have extremely high levels in trust in them as a company, which they rightly deserve. I have never had one single problem with their services in 10+ years of them fully managing my property and would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I genuinely wish they could manage my second property in Bradford, my life would be much easier if they did!
