I recently got in contact with Dawsons to look for a property to rent within the Swansea area, a lady called Gemma helped me through all of the available listings, I cannot recommend her enough she was very patient and helpful throughout the process, along with being very knowledgeable and was keen to make sure our needs would be satisfied with the properties that were looked at. If you want your property sold in a professional manner, you don't need to go to any company other than Dawsons, in my case, the Sketty branch.
