They were informative in helping us set a realistic selling price and kept us very well informed regarding the many viewings which they arranged. The advice they provided during negototiations was pragmatic and I felt supported throughout the process. A number of complications arose in the run up to sale completion but they dealt with the problems with great professionalism. I recommend them unreservedly.
