A very personal service that made the difference
The ladies in the Sketty branch delivered a very personal service, tailored to my personal needs. This was particularly welcome as someone needing to sell from a distance. Price-wise, Alison and the team got me what I what I wanted for the house, and were always willing to offer candid and honest advice, which I genuinely trusted, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Dawson's again and can highly recommend their services.

Go the extra mile
I cannot recommend the staff that I had dealings with in the Sketty branch of this estate agent enough. They ensured the best photos and wording were used to sell my property. They were very active in pursuing leads and in encouraging people to view the property. They were also very helpful if providing me with properties for me to view that I hadn't considered. Indeed I ended up buying a house through them that I didn't consider looking at initially . It was only on their recommendation that I looked at it at all. If you let them into the idea of what you want they will bend over backwards. Of course estate agents are not just about helping you find a buyer and a new property. Its about completing the transaction. I thought Dawsons were incredibly proactive in getting all relevant parties to work in the right way.. surveyors, solicitors, the other estate agents involved. If I decided to ever move again i would use them in a heartbeat.

Sale of my property
I have been extremely impressed with the service from all the staff of Sketty office. Very pleasant helpful and informative. I was kept informed of appointments and the feed back they received from the viewers on each occasion. I would definitely recommend Sketty Dawson's estate agents as very professional and give that extra mile in customer service.

Professional, prompt and supportive service
Don't go to anyone else to handle your property sale. The team at Sketty have been consummate professionals. They had a bit of a challenging time with us as clients - I like prompt responses and to have confidence that everything is being done according to instructions. The whole team were able to deal with anything we threw at them, with grace and charm and clear professional skills. Their expertise and energy has been very welcome. They have ensured a smooth path through what might have been a difficult process. When we first looked for an estate agent, we paid several companies a visit. Other companies simply didn't seem as energetic or committed or as welcoming. I especially would commend Helen and Alison for going above and beyond the call of duty. What always matters is the outcome, of course. Because of their professional advice, we have sold the property for £13,000 more than we first thought was achievable. Why would you go anywhere else?

Excellent!
Have been using Alison at Dawsons, Sketty for very many years and would not use anyone else! The team at Sketty are exemplary and always go the extra mile to make sure that their clients are happy with the service they get. We put our property on the market on a Friday and it had sold first viewing by close of business the following Monday. We were updated weekly and they pulled out all the stops to make sure that the completion deadline was reached for our new build purchase. Would have no hesitation in recommending this branch or the team!

Great service Dawson's
Sold our property through Dawson's Sketty branch, the team led by Alison were great they made the whole process easy and straight forward. The service was very good they kept us fully updated on developments and managed the sale from start to finish. I'd fully recommend them
