I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Following each viewing I was updated at the earliest opportunity and any issues that arose were resolved with no fuss and always with enthusiasm and a can do approach. I found the ladies at Sketty to be so helpful and would always keep me informed of everything that was happening regarding the sale of my property. I dealt a lot with Helen, Natalie and Sian. I liked them bringing examples of properties in the area that they had dealt with recently to give an idea of the prices in the area on the initial meeting. Although I had an idea of price myself, this helped me decide and I am pleased to say that I received my full asking price. Although my main contact was Helen, it was a complete team effort and every one of them should be thanked and I do thank them all. They are an example of an efficient office.
