We used Dawsons Sketty Branch to sell our house. They have made the whole process stress free and managed to find a buyer after one day of viewings while we were on holiday. Sharon Mayers has been incredibly helpful and extremely professional from the beginning. The whole team in the Sketty branch are now helping us find out next home. They are informative and quick to reply to emails and calls! We can’t thank Dawsons enough for all of their help throughout the buying and selling process. We’d definitely recommend using Dawsons if you are in the process of selling your house.

I can’t praise the staff at Dawsons Sketty enough, from the very first time I met Sharon I knew that I had chosen the right people to sell our house. Everyone that I spoke to throughout the Sale procedure came across as very professional and clearly knew their stuff. Levi, Gemma and the rest of the team were so helpful and kept me informed of everything that was happening. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have always thought that the job of an estate agent is largely to advertise the property and escort potential buyers. Dawson's did much more than this. Their project management of the respective lawyers made the sale experience smoother than it would otherwise be.

We changed Estate Agents to Dawsons when the sale of our property kept on falling through last minute by the previous agent. Dawsons completed it at the first opportunity. They have gone about it very professionally and Selina was great in chasing the deal through to the end.

I had no end of help both from Tracy and James and nothing was too much trouble considering how much I used their services. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for excellent service and help when it is most needed. Regards to you all at the company.
