I can not recommend the team at Dawsons in Sketty more! Alison, Sharon, Selina and everyone there was just exceptional from start to finish. We had a sale that had to be completed today and everyone pulled their socks up to make sure that we make it happen. A massive thank you once again and I will be sending something to the office to show my appreciation. Nick De Waal.

I have had a first class service from Dawsons in Sketty. From the initial valuation with Alison, who impressed me with her local knowledge and advice, to Leanne who conducted the viewings with enthusiasm and efficiency, I have been kept informed at every stage of the process. My house was sold quickly, and the marketing was excellent. At this point, Selina took over with frequent updates, great advice and reassurance. The warmth and approachability of the staff made me feel I was valued both as a customer and person, and that nothing was too much trouble for them. I am grateful to them, and am happy to recommend their services to anyone selling their home. I know there are cheaper alternatives, but the price difference is more than made up for by the superb professionalism and support of the staff. I have literally had to do nothing: Dawsons have taken care of the whole process on my behalf.

My wife and I have been completely bowled over by the service we have received from Dawsons in Sketty. Sharon and Gemma in particular have been wonderful and have really gone the extra mile to get our property sold quickly, for a price we were happy with, to the ideal buyer. All done in quick time for us to offer on a house we were looking at. Highly recommend.

We used Dawsons Sketty Branch to sell our house. They have made the whole process stress free and managed to find a buyer after one day of viewings while we were on holiday. Sharon Mayers has been incredibly helpful and extremely professional from the beginning. The whole team in the Sketty branch are now helping us find out next home. They are informative and quick to reply to emails and calls! We can’t thank Dawsons enough for all of their help throughout the buying and selling process. We’d definitely recommend using Dawsons if you are in the process of selling your house.

All of the staff at Dawsons Sketty are very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The service we received from everyone was brilliant. Cannot thank everyone enough for assisting in completing on our house in record time, Sharon, Gemma, Levi, Selina, and anyone I have forgotten! Thankyou to everyone for your support.
