We’ve recently purchased a house from Robinson Michael & Jackson I found they provided an excellent service throughout our process of buying our house. They went above and beyond every time. Every time I had a question or enquiry they got back to me within the hour about the process. Although it was a stressful experience due to other hurdles we encountered; the agents continued to support us right the way through. Sam, Barry, Tom and Julie were extremely helpful throughout and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. If it wasn’t for the services we received we wouldn’t have got our dream home. I would certainly use their services again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I bought and sold through Robinson and Jackson and I can honestly say both times were spot on. Our sale went threw extremely quick when we bought the property and recently we sold through them too. Other estate agents seem to take forever and you never really know what your paying for as you end up doing your own viewings and most the time they don't turn up, Robinson and Michael right from the start gave me updates constantly on viewings, possible buyers and feedback, not once did I feel like I wasn't kept in the loop. They handled viewings perfectly especially when I was at work when they also had 2 dogs to deal with too. Start to finish I would recommend these guys every time if your selling or buying. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and well worth the expense in fees that were actually the best price around Sittingbourne. Cheers guys :)
