I was getting really anxious about my chain and not getting any real feedback from the solicitors. Lacey was brilliant keeping me calm and sane and offered to phone all concerned to find out the issues and credit to her she wasn’t deterred and came back to me with the issues and then were resolved within days and suddenly I was completing on my house.
