It has taken longer to complete the sales than expected. However, we were explained the situation of any changes at all time, and were kept informed of any progression. Great thanks to Julie (The sales Progressor) who acted as the liaison person between us and the buyer/buyer's solicitor effectively and efficiently.

I found robinson and jackson estate agents very friendly and professional we was in a long chain which can obviously comes with problems getting hold of solicitors and clients which they did well

The team are certainly friendly and were quick with responses HOWEVER, upon my offer being accepted I was told that the seller was willing to accept on the one condition that I used the same Solicitors as the sellers. The Solicitors suggested were on the pricey side (£2.4k). But because I was keen on the property and was told this was the one condition, I agreed to this despite having other Solicitors suggested by friends. 2 friends who paid £1.6k and £1.8k respectively for theirs. Upon then signing my contract about 2 weeks out from proposed completion date, I noticed that the Sellers were using a different Solicitors to myself! So this ‘condition’ was obviously not true. I don’t know why this was said to me. I can only presume they are on a Referral scheme (although could be wrong) but either way, I was not given the choice to explore options and this has cost me somewhere in the region of £400-700 which for a first time buyer buying on his own is A LOT of money. And when I raised it, I just got a sorry which doesn’t really help me. As you can tell, it really soured my experience with the Estate Agents which is a shame as they do genuinely seem like a lovely bunch and I do thank them for their help in me finding my home but ultimately, the Solicitors scenario was unacceptable.

Avoid this extremely unprofessional estate agents!! Had an offer accepted on a property they had listed in November 2021 and from that point onwards communication from them was virtually non existent. I made countless phone calls and sent many emails for updates on the sale of which most were ignored. When I did get to speak to someone they said the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and they could not give me an update. In the end, I gave up chasing - it is now June 2022 and I haven't heard from them since January and see the property has now been taken off the market which they never had the decency to inform me of. Time and money was wasted on mortgage application and solicitors fees as I had foolishly listened to their initial advice to get the ball rolling with these. I have since found a property with Strike who could not be more helpful and their communication has been spot on.

Absolutely awful! AVOID! Disingenuous and incompetent. We have been fed false information during meetings (witnesses to attest to this) and outright lied to in writing (still in possession of e-mails). Aggressive, arrogant and ultimately unprofessional.

Dallas at RMJ is the area partner. His attitude towards buyers is absolutely atrocious. We unfortunately lost our buyer of our house, so informed him that we were contacting previous viewers to replace our old buyer. We found a new buyer within 4 hours and when we called in with the good news he informed us our onward purchase had been sold to someone else and the vendor would be crazy to still proceed with us. He continuously shouted at my partner on the phone and told us we were a liability. Whether or not the situation was fair or not, his attitude towards it was appalling and for that reason alone I would not buy or sell through them as an agent ever again. If the area partner can treat people like that I would seriously question their ethics. Please seriously consider using this agent unless you want to be treated in the same way as we were, if something were to go wrong.

Bullies...liars....unprofessional. The manager 'Dallas' is the worst agent imaginable. He is manipulative and deceitful as well as his minions. Avoid them at all costs for selling or buying.
