By Design handled the recent sale of our 1 bed flat in Royal Arsenal Woolwich. The firm, under David Gibbs, conducted all the viewings at times that were convenient to potential buyers - even if they were out of office hours - and kept us fully informed at all times of the offers and sales process and were constantly vigilant in chasing up the buyer’s solicitor to keep the sale progressing. By Design provided a very personal experience and we would definitely recommend and use them again in any future property sales/purchases.
