I used this company to sell my home in Maylam Gardens. Sadly it took a while, but I lost a buyer, due to announcements by the short lived prime minister Liz Truss. Quealy kept the footfall visiting the house high and because it took a while to sell, it wasn't parked on a shelf and ignored as I have experience elsewhere. If I ever have house buying or selling in the Sittingbourne area, I will use them. Also I can't forget the sales progressor, Athena. She kept the pressure up on people to get the job done when the chain was at risk of collapsing.

I would definitely highly recommend Quealy & Co . The staff are very professional and kind. From the start to finish i would like to thank Jack and Cicely for being very patient with me. They helped me secure my room and were always there every step of the way.

Tom and Hayley from Quealy’s Financial services have been first class for us. We had a unique situation of trying to sell 2 properties and purchase one which is stressful enough! They found us the best deal with the Mortgage company and secured it for us before the rates increased again. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. I cannot fault the professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and quality of service. All staff have been amazing, but big shout out to Sue and Athena who were so on it. I live 70 miles away and work full time, therefore I did very little. The staff at Quealy did it all. Recommending people, contacting people e.g. a solicitor etc. Additionally they chased up the solicitors for me and so on, so that the sale went smoothly. I genuinely would recommend them. It is just a pity that they do not have branches near where I live for when (if) I sell my house.
