Absolutely awful company to deal with if you are a tenant. They let properties that are unfit for rental even after serious issues have been highlighted by professional contractors. The landlord is not interested in the welfare of his tenants, only lining his pocket! All dealings with them were stressful and frustrating. Avoid at all cost. They are completely clueless. We have enquired about 7 properties for sale , 2 weeks later no viewings confirmed . Chased them up to be told by Zoe that If I have not sold my current property yet I wont be able to view the one we both liked and they are advertising. She called us “ un- proceedable”. We viewed the other property they are listing But with a different agency as we could not wait for these incompetent people another week. Week later We are told by Rebecca -“ the vendor does not wish anyone who hasn't sold yet To view the property” 😂 they are so bad that it actually makes me wonder whether they even want to sell their properties . I will be making sure their clients are aware of their proceedings and the fact that a simple booking of a viewing is becoming a task that they cant complete. They are rude and not qualified!! They are a silly agents , probably earning peanuts but acting like they own the place thinking they can get away with being rude. Keep away from them whether you are buying or selling as they are not worth your time and money !!
