Avoid at all cost. They are completely clueless. We have enquired about 7 properties for sale , 2 weeks later no viewings confirmed . Chased them up to be told by Zoe that If I have not sold my current property yet I wont be able to view the one we both liked and they are advertising. She called us “ un- proceedable”. We viewed the other property they are listing But with a different agency as we could not wait for these incompetent people another week. Week later We are told by Rebecca -“ the vendor does not wish anyone who hasn't sold yet To view the property” 😂 they are so bad that it actually makes me wonder whether they even want to sell their properties . I will be making sure their clients are aware of their proceedings and the fact that a simple booking of a viewing is becoming a task that they cant complete. They are rude and not qualified!! They are a silly agents , probably earning peanuts but acting like they own the place thinking they can get away with being rude. Keep away from them whether you are buying or selling as they are not worth your time and money !!

I can't thank quealys enough for what they have done for me and my family. We was with the for over 2 and half years and had not one issue with them. Never missed a payment and always paid in full. But the great loyalty to customers is unbeatable. They have thrown us... Me my partner and my nine month old daughter out on the street with 5 days notice. With lovely staff that help to belittle you and not give a single care in the world. Ruthless and glad I'm never going to be dealing with these heartless people again. Please do not use these people. You will regret it.
