At long, long last purely by accident I stumbled upon the perfect Estate & Letting Agents !!.(they do exist!). For years I have been tormented by and been on the other end of so called 'Professional Estate & Letting agents', that talk a good job, having been drawn in by their marketing speil!! As a result I have been massively out of pocket and don't trust any of them, certainly in letting a beautiful showhome that ended up being trashed, but estate agents quote unwarranted terminology adopting a brusque hard exterior to put one off the track if you query anything, that is until I came upon Quealy & Co. Pleased with Quealy overall but not apex law solicitors that they recommended as communication was not good didn’t call back when asked about a query and even harder to get through to anyone on the phone would often ring and ring and then cut off this is not acceptable when trying to deal with selling a property and unable to visit solicitors to ask a question as they are based in Bexley heath . word of advice use a local solicitor
