Although we didn't end up purchasing our property through Quealy's I couldn't recommend them enough. We had the pleasure of dealing with Holly, who's communication was extremely fast and professional. Quealy and Co will defo be our first choice when selling/ buying in future.
Amazing customer service - thank you Mat for resolving my issue quickly and easily. Really appreciate it.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful, making the viewing experience great and all the steps after. A big thank you to Hannah, Ollie and Tai for great communication and helping us get the home we wanted!! Thanks guys!
Very helpful and informative.
Tai was really helpful, showed us around 4 properties answering all our questions and giving us a great tour around properties.
Quealy’s have been an absolute dream throughout our house search and buying process. Lucy Byng was our sales progressor and she made it all very easy for us and was super on top of her communications so we were never left in the dark.
My sale is going through rapidly and smoothly. Julie was my contact and found a buyer first time for me. I was delighted. I'd also like to mention Claire who was kind enough to help me with solicitors forms. Altogether a great team.
From the moment we phoned the consett office and spoke to enquire about a property we were greeted by the Branch Manager Claire Richardson who could not have been more accommodating and helpful Subsequently Claire and her amazing team in the consett office have been brilliant I have to say the professionalism and the attitude and dedication to anything we asked was second to none - This team led by Claire needs recognition from their company - I would not hesitate in recommending JW Woods as an estate agent especially the Consett branch 10 out of 10
Wonderful service provided by the team at JW Woods Consett for the sale of my property. Excellent communication throughout, would definitely recommend.
Amazing experience dealing with Quealy & Co. Highly recommend.
We take pride in what we do, we try very hard to do it well and give great value to our customers. We are all focused on providing a service to our customers that they value and will remember for whenever they may need us again in the future. So our clients are not numbers but real people whose custom we hold dear. We have a great team of people who have many years of experience in the industry who all live in the communities in which we work.
