I initially spoke to Lois who was very helpful in narrowing down potential properties for me and my partner to view. She was very informative and personable which made booking in viewings a breeze. Once we had found the right property Nicola was extremely responsive and kept me in the loop at all times which made the process feel like it was progressing extremely quickly compared to what we had heard from other peoples experiences. Nicola would also chase both solicitors to ensure a swift process as well, and it all went so smoothly that we ended up moving into the house just 6 weeks after viewing! We are very thankful for the team, can't recommend them enough.
