I recently sold my house through Quealy & Co - we had a couple of bumps along the way and communication was sometimes an issue with certain members of staff. However as a whole the estate agents that I dealt with regularly were always happy to help wherever they could. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ben Heard, he was extremely understanding to my situation, and was always available whenever I needed anything. He really went above and beyond, and always did his absolute best to help in whatever he could. He demonstrated exceptional empathy and made me feel like he really wanted the sale for me because he understood what it meant to me. Selling a house is possibly the most stressful thing to date - but Ben made it feel a lot easier and made me feel more at ease with things. Lois and Michael were also extremely helpful and reassuring throughout the sale. Thank you to the whole team, but an even bigger thank you to Ben, Michael and Lois.
