Finn explained the market situation really well and was really open to getting our input on the sales price, which is something we didn't experience with other agencies. We were lucky enough to sell our home after 2 viewings, but the whole time the team were really proactive in giving us feedback on the viewings and keeping us up to date. I particularly want to thank Athena who really went out of her way to keep us in the loop and give reassurances throughout what is (naturally) quite a stressful process for a seller. We never had to chase for communication, she didn't hesitate to pick up the phone and explain any steps in the process, went out of her way to liaise with the buyer's team and made sure to have someone message us as a contact point every time she was out of office. Really great service but really personable!
