Amazing experience from start to finish. We were originally booked to view a different property, but as the seller was unwell, the team kindly arranged a second property for us to view instead. We ended up putting an offer in on that property, and it was accepted. Throughout the whole journey, we were kept fully informed and supported, which made the process so much less stressful. On completion day, we were warmly welcomed into the office and even offered tea and sweets, which was a lovely personal touch. I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell.
