Everyone I engaged with has been highly professional including Holly and Raf. We had a viewing with Danielle and she was very friendly and knowledgable. She gave us lots of information on the house, the area and the buying process, which we found very useful. Although the vendor wasn’t at the viewing, it was clear Danielle had built an excellent rapport with them, and knew all the ins and outs of the property. She was able to answer all our questions and didn’t make us feel as though we were being rushed. It was clear she was an exceptional agent and we valued her insight.
