I would like to take this time to share my positive feedback on Holly, who is a credit to your business. Since first being in contact with her following an unsuccessful viewing, Holly has been nothing but attentive to mine and my fiancée’s needs, carefully trying to understand our situation and aspirations, to match appropriate properties to us. She has dealt with us in a non-pressured, conversational manner which cut through what can often feel like an underlying falseness when it comes to Estate Agency. This is a credit to her, to you, and frankly a breath of fresh air in a business that people do not overly like to deal with. Furthermore, I cannot sing Holly’s praises enough when it comes to our situation where we were recently bereaved. She made sure not to pressure us, whilst staying regularly in touch to support us through a process we needed to carry on with regardless. She even gave us a card with her condolences contained, which is undoubtedly the nicest act I have ever known from an Estate Agent.
