The service from this team has been brilliant. Especially Lucy, who liaises with the solicitors and acts as a bridge between the seller and buyer. This is really helpful when solicitors don't always respond and you're sat at home worrying about something and need your mind put at rest. I've had experience from other estate agents where once the sale is agreed you don't hear much from them, but this wasn't the case and they supported me throughout the process.
