We were given regular updates as to progress and felt confident all was done that could be. It was made very clear, every step of the way, who was dealing with each part of the purchase. Sometimes the professionalism of a company comes when things don't run smoothly - this was certainly tested, and everyone stepped up to support us through a difficult moving day.
