We’ve been dealing with Ben Heard through our process of booking viewings etc as first time buyers and I can confidently say he’s been nothing but accommodating and brilliant. Constant communication via WhatsApp which has been much easier to navigate rather than emails and have never felt like he couldn’t do too much for us!
