Would give 0 stars if I could, wouldn’t recommend renting with Quealy and Co. Inspections every 3 months photos taken of your property, never feels like home. if I wasn’t still tied to a tenancy I would be moving out already. If you are renting, remember that they work for the landlord and not you, don’t trust them.
Reply from Quealy and Co: Hi Kathy, we have an obligation to both you as the tenant and to the landlord make sure that the fabric of a building is not deteriorating and I do not know how we can do that without coming to visit. It is recognised in the rental market that agents should visit properties periodically and I am absolutely confident that if we did not we would be lambasted by both tenants and landlords for not doing so. It appears it might be some time since you rented through us as our inspections are just three times a year now. We do wish the inspections to be as minimally intrusive as possible but we do have to have some means of recording what we have found. I would be very pleased to hear from you personally as feedback only enables us to be aware of how our customers feel about the service we provide.
