Unreliable. They charge you a fee for renting then any problems you have in the property is not dealt with.

However, the last record we can find of you dealing with us was in 2015 and we have not charged any fees to tenants since 2019. Much has changed in our business since then and i would certainly hope you would have a very different experience if you rented from us now.
