Harrisons Homes

We recently sold our house through Harrison's Sittingbourne and we can't thank Chris, Josh and the team enough for their patience and guidance, and for keeping us informed of the chain progression throughout. Previous experience had meant …

We chose Harrisons for the sale of our house because they are an independent local Estate Agent and not one of the impersonal chains. We were not disappointed. We had an offer of more than we expected for the house within a couple of weeks. …

Harrison's were brilliant. Very professional and kept me informed during my sale. My home was under offer within four days of going on the market. Despite setbacks with solicitors and management companies, Harrison's managed to finalise the …

Harrisons Residential dealt with both the sale and purchase of my recent move and I would highly recommend using them to anyone contemplating selling their home. …

Fantastic Service, a fabulous team. I have used Harrisons Sittingbourne for my past three moves. The service they provide is exemplary and in all three cases my house was sold quickly and efficiently. It was marketed as promised and the sales were handled with finesse. I have also purchased through Harrisons Sittingbourne. Again faultless to the end. They kept me updated during the entire process, providing me with the help and support required during what should have been a stressful time. Have and would definitely recommend this agent to family and friends.

Harrisons have just helped us for the second time, and I cannot thank them enough. Chris was great in setting things up for our recent sale and in providing excellent advice throughout. Thereafter Josh did great job in chasing information and keeping us informed at all times. Thanks again! Martyn & Julie.

Harrisons are the very best estate agent in Sittingbourne. We used them for our move and they really could not have done more for us to make the move as painless as possible. We had experienced nightmare moves in the past but Harrisons and all their staff, especially Chris and Josh were brilliant. Honest at all times about what was happening, keeping us updated always. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

We bought and sold through Harrisons and cannot fault them at all! After numerous estate agents valuing our property, we were sold on Chris straight away. He kept his promise and had our property sold within 3 days! He even gave us first viewing on the property that we went on to buy. Olivia was also brilliant, we pestered for updates on a daily basis and she always got back to us immediately, really helped in moving the chain along right until we got the keys. We are so grateful to you both. Not many people can say from offer to completion it took 10 weeks. We cannot recommend you enough and would never doubt using you again. Thank you so much for treating us more like friends and looking after us. We love our new family home. Rachael and Simon Godfrey

We have bought our first house through Harrisons Residential Sittingbourne Team. From start to finish they have provided their friendly support and excellent customer service - we were provided with prompt updates on new properties on the market which were suitable to our requirements (thank you, Pauline! You found our dream home for us!) and had viewings arranged fast and at a most convenient time. I want to give special credit to Olivia who showed us our then future home, she was very approachable and professional, she kept us up to date with current information on the property and the progress of the purchase. She could not have done a better job and we are really grateful for her support.

Cannot fault them at all. Honest reliable and friendly service, they were always there for us through the whole process and offered great advice when asked. I would recommend to anyone and certainly use them again should the need arise. Thank you all for restoring our confidence in Estate Agents and if only others would conduct themselves in a similar manner then the profession wouldn't get such a bad press at times. Well done again Mathew, Josh, Rob, Olivia, Pauline and the rest of the team.
