Extremely smooth sale from start to finish

After a very long chain and more than 6 months of waiting, the Christopher Russell team succeeded in an extremely smooth sale. From the valuation of propery until the sale and completion I was continually updated on the progress of the chain. Can't recommend CR highly enough. They are very professional, always punctual and well organised for open days and the like. The agents are all very personable and not at all pushy or pressurising which we would've hated! Their communication is excellent and they have been in regular contact and always kept us well informed. Having dealt with other agents who were either completely disorganised and unreliable or far too pushy, we are so glad we went with CR. Nobody knows the Sidcup area better.
