The Saga

It would be a lie to say that my property purchase went smoothly but an injustice to lay the blame at the feet of the estate agent. The lengthy process only goes to enhance the dedication and support to which Christopher Russel and inparticular Hannah Glazebrook have offered to me. There were times in which I was frustrated by the lack of activity but Hannah made sure to provide me with regular updates when she could and was always willing to communicate with me and go out of her way to be understanding of the situation and do her best in resolving any issues. It has been a long time coming but there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel now, it has been a pleasure to work with someone who goes above and beyond their remit and to find an estate agent that cares not only about their commission but also about their customers. Thank you Hannah and the team at Christopher Russel.
